Terms of service

The service

MemberLedger is operated by Dardan Pasholli in the United States for businesses managing paid MemberPress websites. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business and connect its systems.

We compare supplied MemberPress entitlement records with Stripe payment records and highlight potential discrepancies. Findings are prompts for investigation, not confirmation of financial loss or a guarantee of member access. Custom rules, refunds, delays and intentional multiple subscriptions can affect results. MemberLedger does not change payments, subscriptions or membership permissions. You remain responsible for decisions and for keeping source-system backups.

Plans and billing

The 14-day trial does not require a card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. A paid subscription starts only after you explicitly complete Stripe Checkout. The charge amount and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.

Cancel future renewals through Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise shown in the portal. If the portal is unavailable, contact support to request cancellation. There is no separate cancellation fee. Charges for a started billing period are generally not refundable except where required by law; contact support about billing errors.

Plan changes and any immediate charges or credits are shown in the billing portal before confirmation. If your site count exceeds a new plan’s limit, remove sites or choose a larger plan before running new checks. An expired trial or unpaid subscription can stop new checks while existing records remain available.

Your account and data

Keep access credentials secure. Use only websites and Stripe accounts you are authorized to connect. Do not upload unlawful material, interfere with other accounts, bypass limits, test third-party systems without permission, or use the service to make automated adverse decisions about people. You keep ownership of your data and authorize the processing needed to provide the service. Our privacy policy describes collection and retention.

Availability and third-party services

Automated checks depend on WordPress scheduling, a valid connector, Stripe availability and the completeness of your records. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or detection of every discrepancy. MemberPress, WordPress, Stripe and OpenAI are separate providers; MemberLedger is not endorsed by them. Their own terms also apply to their services.

Ending service and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Cancel your paid subscription before requesting deletion. We may suspend access for abuse, security issues, nonpayment or legal requirements. We will give reasonable notice when practicable. Material subscription price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal; you can cancel before that renewal.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available, without a guarantee of a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support first so we can investigate and try to resolve any dispute.
