Privacy policy

What we collect

We receive your account identifier and email address through Sign in with ChatGPT. We store the websites you add, connection settings, subscription status, reconciliation findings, review notes, run summaries and an activity history.

The WordPress connector sends pseudonymous member and membership IDs, Stripe subscription and transaction references, and payment and entitlement dates. Stripe provides subscription status, invoice amounts, currencies and product references. These identifiers can relate to people even when names are absent. Do not upload passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information in files or notes.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, compare the records you authorize, display discrepancies, operate subscriptions, provide support, investigate failures and protect the service. We process your membership records on your business’s instructions. You are responsible for having authority to provide those records and for notifying your members as required.

Raw snapshots are processed for the comparison and are not saved as uploaded files. Findings retain the references and evidence needed for review. We do not use membership records to train AI models. The current reconciliation engine uses deterministic rules, not an external AI service.

Service providers and payments

OpenAI Sites provides application hosting and authentication, using Cloudflare infrastructure and database services. Stripe handles payment processing and the restricted connections you authorize. MemberLedger does not receive full payment card details. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Service infrastructure may process information in the United States and other countries.

Analytics and cookies

We record a limited set of first-party product events, such as opening the dashboard, with a timestamp and account identifier. We do not embed advertising trackers or record member browsing sessions. Authentication and platform infrastructure may use necessary cookies and security logs, including connection information. Your browser can also store interface preferences.

Retention and deletion

Your account data and review history remain available while your account is retained. Deleting a connected site removes its stored credentials, findings and run history from the active application database; its account activity entries remain until account deletion. You can export your workspace from the dashboard. Contact us to request account deletion or correction. We may retain payment or other records when legally required; infrastructure backups and provider records follow their retention processes.

Your choices

You can disconnect Stripe, rotate a connector token, uninstall the WordPress connector, delete a site, or request access, correction and deletion through support. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The service is intended for business users aged 18 or older.

Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes and give notice of material changes through the service or your account email.
